Before anything else, churches are built on a few non-negotiables.
Faithful prayer.
Solid biblical teaching.
Grounded discipleship.
And personal, face-to-face invitations.
Those don’t change.
From there, here are five practical things churches can actually do:
First, make it clear what someone should expect when they visit. No one likes to feel unsure.
Second, show your people, not just graphics. People build trust.
Third, be consistent online. Regular posts build familiarity.
Fourth, communicate. Fewer words, clearer messages.
Fifth, follow up. A conversation after a visit matters. A text is easy and always appropriate.
The good news is you can’t mess up the work god is already doing.
Our job is just to remove as much friction as possible.
