TikTok works a little differently than most platforms.
For churches, 3–5 times a week is a good place to start. Some can do more, but consistency matters more than volume.
TikTok rewards repetition and rhythm. Short clips. Clear ideas. Simple moments pulled from sermons, teaching, or everyday church life. You don’t need everything to be highly produced, but you do need to show up regularly.
Posting once every couple of weeks usually isn’t enough for TikTok to learn who to show your content to. Posting every day and burning out isn’t helpful either.
Start with what you can sustain. Three solid posts every week beats seven posts one week and nothing the next.
Let it feel human. Let it feel repeatable. And give the platform time to work.
